Terms & Conditions

  1. The contest is open to Indian citizens. Participants must be between the age group of 8 to 15 years (Group 1) or the age group of 16 and above (Group 2).
  2. All entries must be submitted on India’s Best Singer’s Website [indiasbestsinger.com]. Entries submitted through any other mode will not be considered for evaluation.
  3. The participants have to record a video while singing and shall submit their entry via YouTube (Unlisted Link), Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., and ensure that the link can be accessible. Entry shall lead to disqualification automatically if Access will not be granted.
  4. The audio file should not exceed more than 2 minutes.
  5. The lyrics of the songs need to be submitted as a PDF document.
  6. The participant should ensure that his/her registration on the official website is accurate, as organisers would use this for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, phone number, and state.
  7. The participant & registration owner should be the same. Mismatch will lead to disqualification.
  8. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
  9. Submission of the Singing Video must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. If any entry is found to infringe on others, the entry will be disqualified from the competition.
  10. Selection process will be based on Singing Video Submission – Viewers’ Choice – Jury selection.
  11. The winners will be declared by way of announcing their names on the official website of India’s Best Singer after every level.
  12. Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not feel suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
  13. By sending the entries, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
  14. The decision taken by the Jury shall be final and can not be disputed under any circumstances.
  15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. These shall be final and binding on all.
  16. The registration fee paid at the time of registration is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  17. In case of any dispute, the matter should first be negotiated among the parties. If, after 30 days, the parties have not reached any conclusion, then the parties can move to the Court in New Delhi for redressal. The jurisdiction of the case must always be New Delhi. The judgment passed by the court should be final and binding on both parties.
